The coronavirus pandemic is a physical health emergency on a global scale. But it is also a mental health emergency. Our research has found that up to 10 million people will need mental health support as a result of the pandemic. You can help us to keep fighting to ensure that the right help is there when it’s needed: now and in the future.
We know looking after our physical health can help us mentally, especially through winter. Even during Covid-19 restrictions, one thing we can do is get out and walk. Join us on the 1st January to join the challenge and help us support those at the frontline of this mental health crisis.
