About Us

We started the Inspiration North podcast to share inspiring stories from inspirational people and how they found their passion. It has grown from there and includes face-to-face / online events, plus inspirational resources and programmes. We help people to define success on their terms to live a life full of meaning, purpose and joy.

In launching the Inspiration North One Million Steps challenge we want to get people moving, create a community, plus raise money for a great children's charity.

Why We Are Supporting Team Evie 1st May 2021

This will be our 1st challenge supporting Team Evie and we want to keep the momentum going to support fundraising for such vital work that they do across the North East and Cumbria.

About Team Evie 1st May 2021

Team Evie is a charity set up in memory of Evie Johnston, based in Cumbria and the North East. Evie was with us for 6 months and due to her multiple and serious cardiac, respiratory and digestive problems spent all her life in hospital.

The aim of Team Evie is to help sick children and their families who face similar challenges to those Evie faced in her all too short life.

This mission is achieved by supporting 20 different wards and medical teams across the North East and Cumbria by raising vital funds to; purchase medical equipment and provide training that is saving children’s lives, make time in hospital easier for sick children and reduce stress for families and be there for bereaved parents in their time of need.
