About Darren
Suicide is something that is very close to my heart. I have lost friends and numerous work colleagues to Suicide and have faced my own personal struggles with suicidal thoughts and behaviour.
1 in 5 will have thoughts of Suicide in any given time.
125 people a week take there own lives across the UK.
Thats 17 people per day.
During my 100 day challenge 1700 will have taken their own lives.
150 people are affected by every single suicide
Although suicide is prevailing, many of those likely to be faced with a situation of suicide are not adequately trained to to so.
Please help me to raise funds to train our Emergency Service Workers in Suicide Prevention / Intervention.
Together we can change the narrative.
