About Brodie

The Ysbyty Glan Clwyd Paediatric Diabetes Department has set a challenge of chieving 1 million steps in 100 days! Since current Covid restrictions have limited the availability of my usual exercise venues, I have instead been enjoying home workouts regularly. This challenge is therefore a perfect way for me to continue to exercise locally whilst at the same time fundraising for the department.

The Ysbyty Glan Clwyd Peadiatric Diabetes is one of the 400+ beneficiaries within Awyr Las, the North Wales NHS Charity and is hugely grateful for the support it receives to help enhance the care and services it can provide. Thanks A Lot!!
